Mr. Fakhrudheen Hassan, a professional pharmacist with 18 years of experience in the industry, founded the Al Salama Group of pharmacies in 2008.
We currently have 12 super pharmacy locations with 50 professional employees. We are dedicated to making high-quality health, nutrition, and personal care products accessible and available to all residents around the clock.
Over the last 15 years, the Al Salama Group has consistently demonstrated business and customer service excellence.
We are now planning to expand to 500 pharmacies across the GCC. In the first phase,100 pharmacies will be established in the UAE. In addition, beginning in 2023, the group will expand its services in the pharmacy sector with an online store and a physical wholesale drug store.
Mr. Fakhrudheen Hassan has been a licensed pharmacist in the UAE for the past 18 years. He is well-known in the industry for his subject knowledge, business excellence, and consistency. With charisma and enthusiasm, he leads, empowers, and inspires his team. He believes in the importance of building and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and honesty. He founded the Al Salama group of pharmacies in 2008, with the goal of creating a retail brand with 100 pharmacies.
Dr. Omar has been a well-known leadership coach and business mentor for the past 13 years. He was instrumental in the development of many brands, including City Flower, Nesto, Geepas, RoyalMart, Pasons, and Saudi German Hospitals. He worked for the prestigious King Saud University Riyadh for 14 years as a faculty of emergency medical science and head of faculty development before voluntarily retiring to pursue his passion full-time. In 2022, he joined Al Salama Pharmacy to help Al Salama Group become a global brand, rebranded now as Ruman Pharmacies.
